Visit us in our panorama apartments! The facility is located in the heart of the village of Kastri. From the balconies there is a wonderful view of the Libyan Sea and the beach, the taverns / cafés and the mini markets can be reached within a few minutes on foot.

Spend your vacation with us and enjoy the charm of our village, untouched by mass tourism and the hospitality of the people!
Go out to eat in one of the many taverns and let us spoil you with the typical cuisine!

Enjoy the sun and the sea on the beach or with a drink in one of the beach cafes!

Visit us also in spring and enjoy the vegetation with its variety of flowers and herbs and experience the easter season celebrated in Greece!

Or you come in late autumn and experience the olive harvest and see how the Cretan olive oil is produced.

You can swim from April to October.

The distance to the sea is 50m.

The house has a total of 10 rooms. The 5 on the upper floor belong to us and the 5 on the lower floor belong to our sister-in-law. These holiday rooms can also be found in apartment.

Perfect for a relaxing break

The property was spotless and had everything we needed. Kastri was beautiful and unspoiled. Lots of restaurants to choose from and they were all excellent. We are hoping to go back!

Perfect Getaway

Well-kept and clean, the Panorama Apartments are the perfect place for a getaway from it all!! Communication was clear and helpful, and the notebook left in the room contained all the information anyone could possibly need for a wonderful trip in Kastri. I stayed in room 5 with a private balcony overlooking the sea which was perfection!! I have absolutely zero complaints about the week I spent in this apartment!

Sehr gute Kommunikation

Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen und Probleme wurde sehr zeitnah und unkompliziert unterstützt. Die Apartments sind sehr gut gelegen, waren sauber und gut in Schuss. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Eine Empfehlung für einen einen entspannten Urlaub in Kastri.

Kleines süßes Appartement mit giga Ausblick

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage in den "Panorama-Appartements" in Kastri. Wegbeschreibung von Janika und Nikos war top und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und wir erfreuten uns jeden Tag beim Frühstück und Abends bei einem Gläschen Wein über den herrlichen Ausblick! Wir kommen wieder!! 😊

Ruhige Tage in Kastri

Abseits von den umtriebigen Zentren der Insel, dennoch gut von Iraklion zu erreichen. Nette, einfache und saubere Zimmer mit schönem Blick über das Libysche Meer. Verschiedenste Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung, auch die Tavernen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr kontaktstark und die Großfamilie hilft bei Fragen weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Malgré une arrivée un peu tardive, Janika nous a chaleureusement accueillis pour ce séjour de quelques jours à Kastri. L'appartement est moderne et confortable. On vient à Kastri pour le calme et l'authenticité, loin des stations balnéaires sans âme. La plage qui se trouve au-delà de l'église est mignon et très agréable.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in verschlafenem Dorf

Kastri ist etwas abseits vom allgemeinen Touritrubel... Das macht den Reiz dieses Dorfes aus. Urige Tavernen und schöne fast leere Strände in Laufnähe. Die Wohnung ist schön. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und Parkmöglichkeiten. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es auch, das warme Wasser läuft eher sporadisch, die kleine Küchenzeile ist funktional und sauber. Janika und Nikos sind sehr nett und gut per Telefon und Whatsapp erreichbar. Ein toller Urlaub

Das Haus von Janika und Nikos hat 10 Wohneinheiten und ist gut gelegen an der Strasse runter ins Dorf Kastri. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und wurde auch während des Aufenthalts gereinigt. Neue Handtücher gab es alle 3 Tage. Wenn es irgendwas zu fragen gab, haben Janika und Nikos und sofort geholfen - auch über Whatsapp war Janika erreichbar. Unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine aber feine Kochniesche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, einmal Doppelbett und Einzelbett und einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Da konnte man gut am Abend mit einem Fläschen Retsina sitzen und dem Wind und den Wellen lauschen. Unten im Dorf gibt es zwei Supermärkte, die allerdings nicht so bestückt sind, wie man es in Deutschland erwartet. Man hat aber alles Erforderliche da bekommen und so ab 8 Uhr morgens gab es auch frisches Brot. Tavernas in Kastri gibt es eine Menge für so ein kleines Dorf. Unser Stammlokal war Taverna Kreta vol Giorgos. Es hat einfach alles sehr gut gepasst, wir haben die Zeit in Kastri und in den Panorama Apartments sehr genossen!

Traumhafte Lage trifft Gastfreundschaft

Wenn man einen ruhigen Ort fern vom üblichen Tourismusspektakel sucht ist dies hier genau der richtige Ort. Die Wohnungen sind hell, schön und bieten einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und freundlich, wie auch der Rest des Ortes. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Quiet seaview appartment, near beaches and tavernas in small fishing village - perfect spot

If you want to get away from the commercialised toursim of the North of Crete then come here. Appartment was spot-on and as described. If you're looking for a recommendation for good food then I'd visit Nektarios and Sofia at the Morning Star Taverna - the quality and freshness of the fish and meat and the care taken in its cooking was excellent. The taverna is relatatively small compared with it's neighbour(s), but having sampled the others we came back to the Morning Star each night for the rest of the holiday.

Entspannter Urlaub in Kastri

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Kastri sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und modern eingerichtet. Man hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf's Meer vom Balkon. Janika und Nikos sind liebenswuerdig und stets hilfsbereit und das selbstgemachte Olivenoel ein Traum. Kastri ist ein typisches Fischerdorfchen und bietet mit seinen vielen Tavernen viel kulinarische Abwechslung. Da wir am Anfang der Saison da waren, hatten wir die meisten der romantischen Kieselstraende fast fuer uns. Durch die engen und kurvigen Bergstrassen dauert es allerdings etwas, bis man zu anderen Orten kommt. Wir koennen eine Wanderung in der Sarakina Schlucht bei Mithi (nahe Myrtos) empfehlen.

Wir haben uns - als älteres Ehepaar- in dem Apartment mit Meerblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt, das Appartment ist gepflegt und wird während des Aufenthalts mehrfach gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern und Wäsche versorgt. Die Betreuung durch Janika und Nikos könnte für deutschsprachige Gäste nicht besser sein. Freunden und Bekannten habe ich mit Begeisterung Unterkunft und Ort empfohlen. Die Freundlichkeit in Läden und Tavernen haben wir als überwältigend empfunden. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Janina und Nikos von Ute und Hans

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Gegend, tolle Vermieter

Unsere Anreise zu den Apartments klappte dank der guten Wegbeschreibung auch spät abends im Dunkeln problemlos. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto zu mieten, da Kastri eine guten Autostunde von Heraklion entfernt und damit sehr abgeschieden liegt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und unser Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir auch den wundervollen Blick vom Balkon auf die umliegenden Berge und das Meer genießen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Janika und Nikos waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. So haben sie uns zum Dorffest in Kastri mitgenommen und Nikos ist sogar einmal früh morgens mit uns losgefahren und hat uns einen schönen Platz zum Wandern gezeigt. Kastri ist recht klein, besitzt jedoch alles was man braucht. So gibt es mehrere sehr preiswerte Tavernen in denen leckeres, typisch kretisches Essen serviert wird. Auch zwei kleine Supermärkte sind vorhanden. Im Dorf findet man auf jeden Fall viel Ruhe und Entspannung abseits des Massentourismus, man ist allerding auch mindestens eine Autostunde von den meisten größeren Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Insgesamt haben wir eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und können sie jedem weiterempfehlen, der abseits des Massentourismus auf Kreta Urlaub machen möchte.

Happy days in a sunny place

Amazing seeview appartements in a quiet place. Far from mass tourism but near from incredible beach (see photo) and from restaurant. Road is also OK. No surprise, appartment quality was exactly as announced. Thank you Janika, we will remember this place for a while. Delphine & Vincent
