About this property
Superb terrace apartment on Anse Mitan beach
Large appartment on the top of a secured residence with a private parking offers three bedrooms . The first one is equipped with a double bed ( 1,6 *2 m) , has private bathroom with wc and offers striking view on the sea; the second one is equipped also with a double bed and has a view on the village and the third one is equipped with two beds and is more appropriate for children and a single person ; it has a small sea view. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub ad wc.
Large living room with windows on both side providing always a nice breath and a huge terrace for diner and cocktail .
Well equipped kitchen as the owner cooks a lot.
There is a lift to access form the parking to the apartment and the beach is 3 minutes away.
Sea shuttles are also 5 minutes away to go for Fort de France on the other side of bay.
It is also locate close to "la marina de la pointe du bout" where you will find bars , restaurants and shopping and day cruise as well.
A deposit of 1500 euros for potential damages will be requested and given back at the exit .
