Very clean with the exception of a strong mold/mildew smell and soft spots in the floor in the master bath. Spoke with host and it’s next on the list to get updated. Enjoyed watching the deer in the back and side yard. Lots of open room so it never felt cramped. Comfy bed and furniture.
The host was very prompt to answer any questions. The cabin was very comfortable and had games the kids could play. We came to fish and did rail biking. A beautiful place on some acreage. Very family friendly.
What an amazing place, super close to DelNorte. Perfect quiet retreat from our many crazy but fun July 4th and wedding events. We would stay again for sure.
Clean and cozy old farmhouse on the river. The hosts were fabulous and so was the trout fishing on private land. The San Jaun mountains to the west offer hiking and biking. My boys expressed a desire to come back for multiple days next time and we surely will. Thank you for a great stay, wish we were there for more than 1 day!
Enjoyed this quiet and secluded place. The house was perfect for our group. The kids enjoyed the freedom of being out where they could play without disturbing anyone. It’s a great place to just enjoy being outside and making memories with the grandkids. We hope we can go back sometime.
The property was beautiful! The house was spacious and clean. It smelled so fresh when we arrived. There were 6 of us and we had all had plenty of space. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend this place to others staying in the area.
The owners have excellent communication and did great job providing a clean, quiet place to stop on our trip westward. Would definitely stay there again.
This place was great for our small group ski trip. The drive to Wolf Creek was easy and took less than 30m. There was a grocery store nearby. Country feel but close to town.
We were traveling through and needed a place to spend the evening and night. Loved the ranch setting and lots of walking area. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
The house was well appointed, and we loved the beautiful views at every window (including horses!). The owners were very punctual in answering our questions. We had not planned to tube that they were more than willing to let us borrow the ones in the shed and we enjoyed our time immensely.
