Built in 1900, this gem of a home offers a BEE-utiful space for 8 guests to spread out & relax with well appointed amenities including 2 living room spaces, dedicated beverage bar, & amazingly stocked kitchen. Upstairs offers a large master suite with attached office/sitting area & balcony with mountain views, a kid friendly room with full/twin bunk & twin trundle bed, a striking queen room, & bathroom with jetted tub. A large outdoor space boasts 2 large porches, gas grill, fire pit, & a fenced in back yard.

This home includes FREE admission to Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs for up to 8 guests for your entire stay! Sand Dunes Recreation is located 30 minutes north of Alamosa.

The home is about 45 minutes from The Sand Dunes National Park.

Right across the street from a park with playground equipment and walking distance to Sonic Drive-In.

The Honey Bee was a perfect base camp for our family get away. It had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive whenever we had questions.

Bee-utiful home, great location & very comfortable! We stayed for a week and we were calling in “home” half way into our trip. Everything in the house is exactly as pictured and we thought the bed was super comfortable! It’s a foam mattress, not a coil spring. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. We loved the big back yard and covered porch!

Great home with tons of character. The location was quiet and accessible. Beds were firm but not untenable. Host was quick to respond and everything went smoothly. Checkout procedures are standard and not too onerous.

Home away from home

We had the best time at Honey Bee. Beautiful, clean home! Fully equipped for a family stay! It rained while we were there, but the Honey Bee had us covered. We all played games (provided by Honey Bee). Beds were comfy and the kitchen is very easy to cook in. This was truly the best for our family!!!
