Great stay

Perfect little condo on the water and close to everything. I was by myself but would have been great for my wife and kids also. Will definitely consider going back and staying there again!

Weekend on the lake

We had a great time fishing Lake LBJ. The condo having a dock for the boat was super convenient. Jason was extremely helpful and prompt. We will be staying again in two weeks for a Fishing tounament.

Great view of water from the balcony

We enjoyed our stay when we were visiting with family to see the eclipse. Could follow most of it from the very nice balcony! The apartment is on the 3rd floor (exterior stairs up) so keep that in mind if that is a barrier for anyone. Jason was pretty quick to respond to our multiple queries.

Oasis at Horseshoe Bay

Quiet condo with nice amenities such as a full sized washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator. The owner provided some thoughtful amenities such as soap, shampoo, beach towels and a cooler. Was only about a 7 minute walk away from the yacht club where we attended a wedding. Best part is an outdoor deck with a view of the Bay. Thank you.

Great Location and Security

Really nice location. Horseshoe Bay is located just outside Marble Falls. The property is located toward the back by the Yacht Club behind a secured gate. The property inside has nice amenities like new refrigerator, washer/dryer, and stove. However, it screams 1980’s which is pretty neat but could use updating. Another downfall it’s in the 3rd floor so it’s a trek to load in and load out. Overall we had a great stay.

Hot water heater

The hot water heater needs to be addressed. We had hot water for about 5 minutes of the shower.

The property had lots of potential. Needed lots of maintenance and upkeep. Shower backed up. Owner said his plumber would come and take care of the problem that afternoon. IF the plumber DID come while we were out, he needs to hire a new plumber! Furniture was run down. Carpet spotted. COULD be a beautiful property with some TLC.

Nice view, but not clean

The condo was pretty dirty – especially the bathroom. Shower wasn’t clean, tub was full when we got there, poor lighting, kitchen utensils not clean, no trash bags, no Kleenex, etc. A refund of the cleaning fee would be in order

Beautiful and convenient location

We stayed here for a wedding at the resort and it was perfect for a weeknight stay. You have a wonderful porch with the view of the water, nice seating area and a smart TV. One bathroom which met all of our expectations, a very nice washer/dryer, and then one bedroom with a nice size bed and upstairs is a loft with a queen/full bed and two bunk beds. We were walking distance to the yacht club which was perfect for us and over all the condo was great and had everything we needed. The host was super communicative and checking in and out were super easy. The location is great and the community is quiet. I was a little hesitant by the star count but honestly, we felt that the home was advertised very fairly and priced very well, it was clean upon arrival and overall was a good experience for a long weekend. Thank you!!!

The location is great. The owner communicated very well. The place was not as clean as I would have liked, but the owner apologized and said he was working on it.
