This home has a large gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, large bedrooms with walk-in closets, smart TVs in all bedrooms, luxurious master suite with spa like master bath.

Parking for 7 cars or motor home or boat.

*Please note that fireplaces are for decoration only and pool heater will not run when temperatures drop below 40 degrees.

The house and location were perfect for a group of friends spending a long weekend at the beach. The house has large gathering areas that worked well for our group and is within a short walk to the beach. Our group had a great time here.

Our only unforeseen challenge was not having toiletries available! Everything else was awesome. We really enjoyed our trip to St. Augustine. Several members of our group said they would love to host their own weekend at this rental.

Very nice layout and comfortable beds. It is now painted white on the outside (instead of yellow as pictured) so at first that confused us when arriving but the property served us well.

The host was very responsive and flexible. The house was excellent, spacious, and accommodating. Great kitchen. The one suggestion I would make is to provide soap and shampoo/conditioner in all bathrooms.

This property is great for family gatherings. There are plenty of places to socialize, play games, and eat meals and also plenty of spaces to read, relax poolside, or nap alone if you choose. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. Our family loves this property and have had every family reunion there for the past 10 years!

This property was exceptional- from the gourmet kitchen to the pool and outside entertainment area, this home checked all the boxes. It is extremely spacious and comfortable and the location was convenient to where we needed to be. We chose this site for its close proximity to the white sandy beaches of Crescent Beach, the old beach neighborhood, convenient walking distance to grocery stores, shopping and many of the town's top restaurants.
