4BD 3BA, 1 Level Resort Home with Private SW Facing Pool near Disney & Universal

Bright and spacious family-oriented, single-story resort home in the gated community of Solterra.
The living room has a large Smart TV, new furniture, and large ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV & fan.
Full-size washer & dryer in the house for you to use.
Central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house including the game room.
The game room includes a pool table, a ping pong table & a dart board
The outside of our home features a large private swimming pool with southwest sun exposure, unique with no direct rear neighbors, a covered lanai, comfortable seating, sun loungers, & outdoor dining area. There is an option to add pool heat ($35/day) and/or use the BBQ grill ($75/stay).

The community center is a short, 5-minute walk from the house. If you intend to use the Resort Community Pool area, the resort charges a $35 (plus tax) fee for your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Solterra villa. The location was in easy access to parks and other tourist destinations. The community felt really safe and the villa doesn't feel overlooked from the other properties. The pool space was great and the deck got the sun all day. Everything was really clean and our communication with Lynn and Scott was excellent throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 8 day stay! We loved the pool and the outdoor area so much! My kids had a blast! Lynn was very responsive of any questions I had and was very accommodating! We would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic Property

My family stayed here for a week while visiting the parks in the area, and it was fantastic. The listing was just as described, very clean, and had everything a family of 6 needed. The pool and community resort were a major plus. The property owner, Lynn, was amazing! She responded quickly and was very informative! I highly recommend this rental home and would love to stay again!

Our stay at S & L Vacation Station in Solterra Resort was really great. The villa is spacious and modern, with a cozy living area and a nice kitchen that made cooking easy. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the master bedroom & bathroom with pool access was a standout and super convenient.The private pool was a hit with the family, and the backyard felt private and relaxing. It’s close to Disney, Universal, great golf courses and plenty of restaurants, which was awesome. The host was friendly and quick to respond, and the place was clean with solid Wi-Fi and some nice extras like a grill. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again. Recommended!

We had a great time on the property - the house was very clean and check-in was easy. Location was a plus since we were super close to the grocery store and restaurants. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was super spacious for our group.

Perfect for golf and spring training

Beautiful property within easy range of spring training ball parks, beautiful golf courses and nice restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Terrific amenities including pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Fabulous weather didn't hurt. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful Property

The property was exactly as advertised. Very tidy, clean, and well stocked. Games room was great. Communication with owners was fantastic, especially after noticing the pool heat wasn't working (due to a minor filter issue). It was promptly fixed and we were refunded for the short amount of time we were without pool heating. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Great location

Spacious and great location. We had 2 families of four stay at this Davenport property for 10 nights. There was plenty of room for 8 of us. The beds were comfy and the pool area was nice with lots of patio furniture for relaxing. We really enjoyed the games room in the garage as well. Bring your everyday essentials as they are not included which is mentioned prior to arrival. Including kitchen spices, condiments, dishwasher tabs etc…

Wonderful Stay

The house and pool were beautiful! The owner was super easy to contact, friendly and willing to help with the very few issues that happened. The only real issue we had, and this was no fault of the owner, was the traffic! The house is in a high traffic area...as is all of Florida! Our stay was a month long, so we were tired of the noise. But the house was everything described on the website. Comfortable with very lovely furnishings and the pool was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderfull stay! Would stay again!

This was our 4th stay in Solterra (all different properties) and this one was the best so far. We love the location of the resort, it is very busy on the Highway to Disney/Orlando, but the resort is worth the drive for us. Upon arrival pool was heated as requested, we thought there may have been cloudiness in the water a quick message to Lynn and she was on it right away. Communication was top notch, quick response, caring (wished us a good flight and a great vacation) it didn’t just feel like doing business but like she actually cared that we were happy. House was clean, plenty of utensils, towels, extra pillows/blankets, enough space for all our needs! Also love the location of the house, I was afraid of it being to close to the road for traffic noise (it is a busy corner) but not at all, we did bring a sound machine in the bunk bed room for the kids (they have one home also), but in all honesty I did not find it too noisy, I liked that it was close to the entrance for when we went out shopping/parks as we didn’t have to drive far. It is also close to the clubhouse /- 5 min walk. Pool is south facing so you have the sun all day, love that it is one level with young kids. Love the pool table and ping pong table in the garage, was used a lot! We have not yet decided if we are going to Florida again next year, but if we do I will def look to rent this property again! All in all it had all we could ask for and more! Thanks Lynn and Scott for your home, we will def be back!

Hi! We are Scott and Lynn. We live in a very rural area in central Wisconsin. We enjoy the changes in season here in Wisconsin, but it is very nice being able to escape the bitter cold and head to Florida! We enjoy the outdoors, and spending time with our 3 grown children.
We purchased our Florida home in Solterra originally planning to keep it for family use only. We put much hard work and sweat equity into it, getting it to feel like a home. We have now decided to share it with other families when we cannot be there to enjoy it.
We welcome families to come, stay and enjoy!

This is a great property in a gated community close enough to Disney, and far enough away not to be right in the middle of chaos! This family-friendly home is located in Solterra Resort, and our guests are welcome to enjoy All the amenities the resort offers for Free!

What makes this property unique

Private outdoor pool that is not overlooked and faces southwest for maximum sunshine time! Extra large back yard. Plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and sunning or having a meal. Optional pool heat for those cooler months and BBQ grill use. Comfortable indoor accommodations. New family room furniture, comfy beds, private bathrooms attached to the king and queen bedrooms. King suite has a soaking tub and a walk in shower. Smart TV's in the family room and each bedroom. Bedroom TV's are wall mounted for safety.
