Beautiful views from this oceanfront, recently remodeled spacious 2BR/2BA condo with amenities.

5 glass sliders access the wonderful wrap around balconies from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Balcony features both sitting and dining areas.

The spacious (1561 sq ft of living space plus 316 sq ft of balcony space) 4th floor condo offers large rooms and was completely remodeled in 2021, and is clean, fresh, and fully equipped with everything you need for an extended beach vacation.

The living room features a sectional sofa, huge picture windows with spectacular ocean and long distance coastline view. The adjacent open floor plan dining room offers comfortable seating for 6 as well as a barstool counter.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, two sliders with balcony access (one with ocean views, one west facing for sunset views), TV/Cable, bathroom with sink and large walk in shower, separate vanity area with second sink, and huge walk in closet.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/Cable, another walk in closet, direct access to the hall bath with shower, and slider to west-facing balcony.

The kitchen features ocean views, a slider to the balcony, and is fully equipped, with a full set of dishes, glassware, pots/pans, coffee station with coffee maker, glasstop stove/oven, blender, microwave, and kitchen tools.

The condo is equipped with a private laundry room with full size washer/driver in the unit.

We supply beach towels and four beach chairs.

* Beach access directly from the pool area (note that beach access does use stairs)
* Stunning 19 story glass atrium with glass elevators, seating areas, and water feature
* Large Pool area with waterfall, loungers, and tables

Located on A1A in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Local attractions include Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Ocean Walk, Daytona Bandshell, Ponce Inlet lighthouse, outlet mall, Ocean Center, the Halifax River, Main Street, and numerous restaurants. Orlando attractions (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, etc) are a 60-90 minute drive, making day trips possible.

No pets allowed.

Exactly as advertised. We found everything we needed for our three week stay. We were especially impressed by the well appointed kitchen. And the view is spectacular! The owner is very responsive and check in was easy.

Daytona Beach Oceanfront

Beautiful, relaxing, and spacious! This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooks beautiful Daytona Beach. Condo is equipped with everything you need and more! Host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had! Highly recommend this beautiful home away from home!!

The condo was clean and matched the description- large with multiple balconies and great ocean views. The entire complex is very visually attractive with a stunning lobby and located right on the beach. The pool area was well laid out and great for swimming and socializing with other guests. We would definitely go back.

Daytona VRBO Ocean

Arriving at this wonderful property, we relaxed right-a-way. The layout of the condo is so inviting and relaxing. I loved the kitchen and balconies, and hubby loved master bath and natural light coming from all windows and doors. We spent lots of time out on the balconies people watching, waves rolling in and all the Jeeps on the beach. We liked it so much that we are planning to spend more time at this location next year. Wonderful communication with the owners.

The very best condo we’ve ever stayed at in Daytona or Anywhere!

Let me start out by saying we have been coming to Daytona for over 40 years. This condo features everything that we love about our home away from home. We love the amenities of the property and how this accommodation is 100% turnkey. The owners thought about everything and every guest. It is fully stocked with kitchenware, towels, and tons of extras like detergent and bodywash/shampoo! We have stayed at dozens of different properties, some more expensive or “luxurious,” and some were just a quick trip with only basics. There is not a single thing we would change about this condo. The views are amazing, we love that each room has a balcony, and the overall feel of the facility was extremely inviting. We can’t wait to stay here again but definitely need longer than a few weeks! Thank you Jeff and Dory for inviting us in to your home. We can’t wait to come back!

This condo is as beautiful as in the pictures. Great views from the balconies in each room. It has everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked, as well as everything you need for a beach day. Jeff, the owner is very engaged and knowledgeable about the area, alerting us to a space launch which we were able to see right from the seawall. You won’t regret renting this condo!

Nous avons passé un mois dans ce condo très confortable, lumineux et bien équipé. La vue sur l’océan est époustouflante! Le condo est vaste avec un grand walk-in dans chaque chambre. Belle piscine extérieur à deux pas de la plage. Aussi une terrasse avec vue sur l’océan qui procure de l’ombre quand on en a besoin et une autre petite terrasse à l’abis du vent et au soleil en fin d’après-midi. Absolument parfait!

Very enjoyable and everything promised.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The advertised property was exactly what we received. The pool was under repair and the owner offered a discount which was appreciated. The property was clean, condo recently remodeled and comfortable. Price was right and access to beach great. Residents of complex were friendly and property was well kept up. Security is taken seriously which is appreciated.
