4 bedrooms are available, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and adjoining rooms, and a kitchen. The house has heating, air conditioning and Internet and is available for occupancy of 6 people.





The garden, which was created around the house and the pool, consists of olive trees, palm trees, yuccas and other typical plants for Mallorca.  The BBQ area is usable by a roofing in every season and is also suitable for larger events.
