In the basement is a parking space for two cars and a multipurpose room of 28 m2 with two sofa beds.
Outside you can enjoy 90 m2 south facing front terrace with swimming pool, 30 m2 of lawn and back terrace with laundry of 12 m2.

The villa is huge, Has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as stated. Very close to the playa de Mallorca beach which has fine white sands and a lot of restaurants and shops along the beach. The villa is awesome! Very safe.

Perfect stay with a very convenient location only a few minutes walk from: 2 supermarkets, a gorgeous beach with great sand/swimming/rentals. Also walkable to an array of shops and restaurants. My teenagers loved the freedom too.Kind and attentive hosts! Very easy to uber into Palma too! High recommended.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Majorca! From the very first message, communication with our host was absolutely brilliant — clear, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our trip smooth and stress-free from start to finish.The house itself was perfect for our big family of 6 adults and 3 children (including two under one year old). It was spacious, spotless, and so well-equipped — we genuinely had everything we needed and more. The layout worked wonderfully for both the adults and little ones, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space.The attention to detail and care that has gone into this property really shows — from the comfortable beds and beautiful decor to the well-stocked kitchen equipment and lovely outdoor areas. We loved spending time by the pool and sharing drinks and meals together on the terrace — it felt like our own private paradise.We’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this one truly stands out. It’s rare to find a place that feels even better than the photos, but this home definitely did. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in Majorca — and we’d return in a heartbeat!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Bilder sind echt ;) Es gibt 4 Badezimmer. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche im Keller, dort gibt es allerdings kein Fenster. Hat aber unsere Freunde nicht gestört. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein kleineres Zimmer mit einem kleinen Bad für eine Person. Und im 1. Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Badezimmern. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Badezimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Technik, was sehr rasch behoben wurde. Auch war der Vermieter zu jeder Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Auch ein Taxi wurde zum Flughafen organisiert. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sich lautstark unterhalten haben ;) Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts.

Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Fünf Gehminuten bis zum Strand, drei Gehminuten bis zum Supermarkt, perfekte Busanbindung ebenfalls fast vor der Haustür und allem voran natürlich unsere Villa. Einfach ein Traum. Ein großer Dank geht auch noch an unseren Gastgeber Javier. Es hat alles so reibungslos funktioniert. So etwas erlebt man selten. Dankeschön

Lieber Ramon, Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern bei euch in dieser wundervollen Finca. Wir danken dir für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und zu sehen... alles sauber, alles chick und genug Geschirr, Besteck... Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner... alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht... die Lage ist super - Höhe Ballermann 12... man kann sehr ruhig einen Urlaub, direkt am Hundepark und Spielplatz verbringen... in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand.. was will man mehr - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft :)

really excellent, only three minor problems, no English television (no BBC world News probably a good thing) and the shower downstairs tends to flood the floor, had a problem trying to open and lock front door, but just used the back door. Cannot wait to return, the location and pool are fantastic. thanks again

Hello Gwenda! We really appreciate your comments, and we take note of them. The television has a German satellite dish and some channels in English, but there are more than 1,000 channels and it is true that you have to look for them. The main door of the house did not work perfectly, but it is already solved. And as for the shower tray tell you that the drain is already solved. Please, I'm sorry for the inconveniences. Fantastic house for our family holiday

We had a great week's holiday in this house. It is modern, clean and very spacious. My kids loved the swimming pool which was a good size. The owner was very responsive and it was easy to collect the keys. Location is great- 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Also short drive to Palma and Aqualand (great for kids). I would highly recommend this property.
