Le logement très est bien situé sur Groix.La proximité avec le port, le bourg et une grande surface est un atout, en plus de sa centralité sur l'île.Le jardin est agréable.Les volumes le sont également.En revanche, il est très dommage qu'il n'y ait ni volet, ni rideau occultant dans les chambres !! Ça n'aide pas au repos pendant les vacances.La télévision ne fonctionne pas et le barbecue n'a pas de pied.
