The cleaning must be carried out by the tenants at the end of the stay and of the weekend unless they take the cleaning fee.

La maison est bien située par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts de l’île. La communication avec la concierge s’est faite facilement et elle a été très arrangeante. Un des lits « simple » dans le dortoir est assez grand (ce qui permet de dormir à deux dedans). Le logement était relativement propre. Il y a aussi 3 WC, ce qui est pratique lorsque nous sommes en groupe. Le jardin est agréable et il y a tout le nécessaire.

Bonjour, la maison est bien placée et a beaucoup de potentiel. Quelques petites améliorations sont à signaler: manque de ménage pour un groupe de 11 personnes comme une passoire, les douches se sont rapidement bouchées probablement liés aux précédentes occupations.

Je suis surprise d'une telle note car d'habitude le ménage est noté 5*, mais il peut y avoir eu un oubli. Quand à la passoire, probablement n'avez-vous pas réussi à la trouver car il y en a bien une grande jaune.

Charmante maison au nord est de l'île, parfait pour trois couples et trois enfants (une chambre avec trois lits simples). Séjour agréable avec une cuisine ouverte très bien équipée. Consignes et informations d'arrivée très claires. Merci à nos hôtes !

Idéalement située

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et son emplacement, dans le petit bourg du Méné à quelques minutes à pied de jolies plages. La literie est de qualité et les lits sont confortables. Le jardin est un peu petit mais il a l’avantage d’être clos et donc sécurisé pour de jeunes enfants. Les grandes tables à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur permettent de faire des repas nombreux sans problème. En revanche, la chambre au premier à droite est assez sonore (porte coulissante non fixée au sol). Nous avons eu aussi un peu de mal à trouver la maison. Enfin il faut emmener ses déchets dans le bourg voisin car il y a un problème de ramassage des ordures. Mais à part ces petits points négatifs nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

bien situe pres d une petite plage

location bien pour 6 adultes et 3 enfants. la 4eme chambre n est pas bien insonorisee. la literie est tres confortable et beaucoup d oreilliers et couvertures. Le salon serait plus confortable avec quelques coussins mais le tout est bien. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et la cuisine est equipee. Le jardin est petit et bien arrange. Il y a tout meme des gens qui passent dans la propriete voisine et cela peut gener. Dans l ensemble maison tres sympathique et la suite au dernier etage est tres bien.

a la recherche du temps passé...

Nous avons été surpris par l'extérieur de la maison qui ne correspondait pas aux impressions laissées par l"annonce. Positif, l'équipement cuisine au top. Le couchage était moyen ( draps en vrac sur les lits, pas d'alaises jetables comme annoncées, équipement extérieur (parasol) problématique. .Bref, nos deux nuits nous ont paru chères pour un confort moyen. Bien heureusement le temps ensoleillé et la douceur de l'île nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour.

logement très agréable et fonctionnel

A 20 mn de port Tudy et sa côte à gravir à pied pour trouver le logement, nous avons apprécié toutes les balades possible à faire,les plages à découvrir. Un lieu bien situé: calme et détente.
