Réception de l’hôte très rapide, limité à une visite succincte des pièces.Logement très humide et non chauffé lors de notre arrivée. ( première soirée très désagréable)La chambre du bas ne dispose pas de chauffage ! Un couple a subit l’humidité et l’odeur qui va avec pendant 3 nuit.Pour chauffer la partie jour : 1 cassette de Clim sur 2 fonctionne.Pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée, il à fallu une nuit de chauffe du cumulus pour pouvoir se doucher. Nous étions 8 et certains auraient apprécié une douche en soirée après plusieurs heures de routeJe pense que nous avons ouvert la saison et la maison a été ouverte le matin de notre arrivée.Point très important à mon sens : la piscine n’est pas sécurisé : nous n’étions pas tranquille avec un enfant de 4 ans 1/2.Compte tenu de ces désagréments, Je trouve qu’une caution de 350 est mal venue et qu’une remise sur le séjour serait vivement apprécié.Voyageant avec ABRITEL depuis un certain temps, c’est la première fois que je suis déçu d’un hébergement.
