Kitchen opening onto the terrace (10 m²).3 bedrooms including 1 accessible from the outside with shower - WC privatifs(1 lit en 140cm) 1 2 other rooms 1 bed 2 pers and 3 bunk beds. SDE, separate WC. Chauff.elect (70th env/sem). Gite on the outskirts of a village situated a few minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, in a wilderness environment, with a large fenced private park (10,000 m²) and a private swimming pool secured by an alarm (open from 01/05 to 30/09). Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
