Come, relax and enjoy this amazingly comfortable 3 story home. 4 Bedrooms , 2/2 Baths with tons of space including a media room, game room and second story office space and privacy gate in driveway. This home is located literally minutes away from Houston’s medical district and Downtown. We do allow pets. We charge a extra fee of $150 per pet (up to 20lbs each). If you have pets, please let us know in advance. All pets MUST be house trained. Our listing is a NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING listing.
