Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

🧺 Put all dirty towels, used sheets, and pillowcases in the large wicker basket in the bathroom. 🍽️ If you have any dirty dishes, please start the dishwasher before you leave.
We kindly ask that you tidy up as best you can and leave the home as you found it — this helps us keep our cleaning fee low for everyone.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking on property, must walk the neighborhood if you need to smoke. Anyone caught smoking on property will be fined up to $5,000.00
