Located in the heart of the Aspres region, Trouillas, a wine-growing village, enjoys a privileged location near Le Boulou, renowned for its thermal spa and wellness treatments. Near the village street, this semi-detached house, adjoining the owner's residence and comprising two identical self-catering cottages, consists of: First floor: - Kitchen - Living room with sofa bed - Bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Shower room There is a terrace with a shared barbecue. The garden is enclosed and landscaped with trees, and there is access to the owner's private swimming pool. Only the living room is air-conditioned. The cottage overlooks a private cul-de-sac where one vehicle can be parked. Full baby equipment is available: travel cot, high chair, and baby bath.
