Welcome to our 120 m² house located in the charming Provençal village of Coudoux, just a few minutes from Aix-en-Provence.
Here, everything invites you to relax: the song of the cicadas, the scent of the garden, and the freshness of the swimming pool in summer.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the bright living space of 52 m², where living room and kitchen merge into a friendly and warm atmosphere. The large bay window opens onto the terrace and garden, perfect for alfresco dining or sunset aperitifs.

The house has three bedrooms:

🛏️ A master suite with its private bathroom and toilet, ideal for more privacy.

🛏️ Two guest bedrooms, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
An additional shower room and a pantry complete the set for your daily comfort.

At outside, enjoy a wooded garden, a private swimming pool and a relaxation area to sunbathe, read or simply listen to the calm of the south.

Coudoux is an ideal starting point to discover the authentic Provence: the narrow streets of Aix, the Provençal markets, walks in the Aix countryside or the beaches of the Côte Bleue less than 40 minutes away.
