RENOVATIONS AND DESCRIPTION:
- Beautiful kitchen with new appliances, large kitchen island that seats 8 (imagine the fun games on that island), and coffee bar
- Large spacious open living room. Connected to kitchen and big deck. Perfect spot for families to relax, eat, and play games.
- Central air throughout the whole house. Never had this in our family home so this is exciting!
- Quality Wifi for everyone.
- New bathrooms!
- New flooring (vinyl planking).
- Renovated bedrooms with more sleeping arrangements.
- Large deck on the back with a small ocean view. Includes grill, large eating area, umbrella, and lounge chairs.
- Nice large outdoor shower.
- Large garage with extra refrigerator, bikes, beach gear, surfboards and lots of sporty stuff.

Welcome to the Just Beachy House! My grandfather built our home in 1962. Through 60 years and four generations, our best memories are in this Stone Harbor house. It’s now FULLY RENOVATED and we’re excited to share it with you.

This nicely updated property is perfectly located between the beach and "downtown' Stone Harbor (shops and restaurants). Off street parking and walking distance to attractions make this an ideal home base for a beach vacation. Terrific kitchen and open floor-plan means easy family fun.

Great location, the kitchen is huge with a large deck out back. All the bedrooms were perfect! So easy to walk to town and the beach! Brian was gracious and always very responsive! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to come back and stay next year.

The house was really nice. Unfortunately, we had nasty weather so that put a bit of a damper on our visit. We weren’t able to take advantage of the large deck.

The property was very nice and met our needs. Location was excellent - close to everything! The kitchen was well stocked. We also had an issue with the air conditioning which was resolved quickly. The upstairs renovated bathroom was beautiful, but some issues with the water draining in the sink. The downstairs bathroom needs an update and the bathtub had no option to plug in order to give a bath to young children. Two bathrooms a bit of a challenge for nine people. New living room sofa/furniture needed.All in all a great week - thank you!

This house is in a perfect location - so close to both the beach and the downtown area. We barely moved our car while we were there. We could walk everywhere! The house is fully updated with a nice open common area and a huge island that easily seated all 7 of us. The house is also fully stocked with everything you could need - Beach carts, boogie boards, bikes, you name it! Fantastic rental! Highly recommend!

Beautiful update!

This is our second time at this property and we absolutely loved the open and contemporary update. The large kitchen island was perfect for meals with the family with stools on three sides. It was also nice to see basic staples available for meal preparation as well as ample cooking and serving supplies. Our only disappointment was the fact that a Nor'easter swept in on Friday causing cancellations and closures. Also sad to learn that Donna's seafood had closed permanently. Despite this, it's always great to return to Stone! Harbor

I used to spend every summer in Stone Harbor ever since I was a baby. Through my teen years, I worked every waitressing job and when I was 21, I met my husband at Fred's Tavern. For many years, we lived in Stone Harbor year round and our kids went to SH elementary school. We know reside in Florida and we are so proud to own property in this amazing town.

Why they chose this property

Our family shore house needed A LOT of repairs, fix-ups, and love. We are proud to introduce the fully remodeled Just Beachy House. Now our family can continue making memories and we can share it with your families.
