Detached, single-story house, furnished as follows: - Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room - Games room/relaxation area - Bedroom with a 140x190cm electric bed (independently adjustable on each side) - Bedroom with two 90x190cm beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet Enclosed exterior (fence + electric gate): Garden + terrace with garden furniture, dining table, parasol, barbecue, and deckchairs. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the property. Free parking nearby. Additional information: Gîte located in a development of 8 houses, near the owners' home. The garage is not accessible to holidaymakers. Babette and Jean warmly welcome you to their gîte "Le Pré Labas," just 600m from the village of Péaule and its shops. This carefully furnished gîte offers all modern comforts in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. The enclosed garden invites you to relax: a perfect place to enjoy the sun or share an al fresco meal. Between countryside and coastline, Péaule captivates with its peaceful atmosphere and lush green landscapes. Its typically Breton streets, lined with stone houses, reveal the charm of the Morbihan region. Here, you'll find a prime starting point for beautiful hikes or bike rides along the wooded trails of the Vilaine River or to the coastal paths. Nearby, discover the beaches of Billiers and Damgan. Don't miss La Roche-Bernard, a charming town on the banks of the Vilaine River, or Vannes and its superb historic center.
