Welcome to the riverfront retreat like no other around!. 1300 sq.ft. 4 bedrooms 2 bath, big enough for 6 with the best waterfront and beach in the area! Play with our 2 kayaks, a paddle board, crabbing, fishing, huge dock, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, 5000 game retro arcade. Enjoy the most amazing views from the screened in porch or patio, and relax in the hot tub. Virtual work with fastest internet and dog friendly fenced yard!

First Floor
The main TV/Game room space has a custom built retro arcade with over 5,000 retro games as well as Roku HDTV, couch, and recliner chair. There is a commercial sink and refrigerator where you can work with your fish and crab catches! There are two small bedrooms, one with a twin and twin trundle, the other with a full and twin bunk which also has a desk and chair for any virtual school/work! There is a full bathroom with shower & bath tub as well. Out back is a covered patio with fans and outdoor furniture and a hot tub!

Second Floor
The second floor is accessed by either two sets of stairs outside or a spiral staircase inside. The spiral staircase is metal and sturdy and has a gate at the top that can be used for extra safety. There is kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils you'd need along with salt, pepper, and sometimes anything extra we leave behind! It contains a second refrigerator, full size stove, and microwave. There is a dining and living room with couch and HDTV with Apple TV ready for any streaming apps you already use. There are two bedrooms, one queen, one king, and a full bath with shower & bathtub. Also out back is a covered and screened in porch to enjoy the most epic sunrises.

Outside
Enjoy the only on-site beach, the covered dock is the biggest in the neighborhood as well and perfect for fishing, crabbing, and swimming where the water doesn't get above six feet. We also have crab traps and hand nets you can use as well as a large crab pot for cooking. We have four kayaks, two ride on top, one ride inside, and large tandem available as well as two paddle boards for shared use as well. There are PFD's to fit most sizes available as well. Bringing your own boat is a possibility and something we must discuss directly for separate fee and agreement. There is a full covered shower to wash off your beach and river fun from the day before going inside. Then relax in the Jacuzzi hot tub facing the river and amazing starry nights.

Additional
Dogs are ok there is a $100 pet cleaning fee, just send us an inquiry instead of instant booking. There is a fenced in yard and we ask they stay on first floor if possible. Upstairs is ok but its carpeted so easier to damage.
Guest access
Full 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, the on-site beach, and dock along with 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and PFD's.
Other things to note
There is an enhanced pet cleaning fee of $100, just do a request for booking instead of instant with a message and we will modify the price to reflect that.

The upstairs can be accessed by two outdoor staircases or an inside spiral staircase. The indoor spiral staircase is metal, sturdy, and has a baby gate at the top available to use to block either direction

Swimming, dock, kayak, and paddle board use are at your own risk and obviously children should always be supervised just as any waterfront property should be treated. There is no diving allowed from the dock.
