This house is peaceful and relaxing right of the edge of the Little Red River, Fish off dock, bring your kayak or boat and float the river. relax on decks watch the fisherman or geese float by. Play pool, corn hole, ping pong or board games. Dam Site Marina is only 4.1 miles from the house. 15 min from Wal-Mart and several Restaurant's. 1.8 mile to Swinging Bridge boat ramp or wade area. 55 miles from Little Rock airport. My son is a professional fly guide if you want to book a trip. Google finandfeatherflyfishing

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take trash to big bin at road. Turn off ice maker Don’t wash load u less u have time for it to dry.
Place wet towels in baskets or tubs. Leave beds unmade if used .
Turn off lights lock doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In the event that the police have to be called for any reason the guest will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
If a plumbing issue occurs and there is something stopping up the drain besides toilet paper you will be charged.
