A cottage nestled in a small village in the heart of a still unspoiled landscape, boasting ecological richness and rooted in a rich and varied Occitan culture. Large house located in the small village of Saint Martin, including two cottages (common entrance hall). Ground floor (some steps access): large clear and bright living room with kitchenette (sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 bunk beds for a person), bathroom, toilet, laundry. In front of the cottage, large terrace (100 sqm) shared with the 2 cottages with reserved picnic table for each one. Parking and garage on the spot.

The property was difficult to find but once we were there, we were stunned. Carole met us there and was really helpful. She showed us around and even lent us some bedsheets as we didn't realise we needed to bring them.The property is as described, extremely clean and well maintained. The aircon is amazing at the end of a hot day.The village and surroundings are simply amazing. Even got to meet a friendly old local dog.We also left with a Saint Martin keyring souvenir as a gift, which was very kind..If we pass through again or visit southern France again, I will be checking if this is available.
