Doctor's Orders includes upscale furnishings, oversized windows, and soothing beach decor. Relax on the living area sofas and stream new releases from your favorite digital service on the smart TV. Prepare tasty recipes in the kitchen, appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and share home-cooked meals around the table for six in the dining area. The kitchen bar seats three for morning coffee.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Winding throughout the resort community, the newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of proper links-style play with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. And, with a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game!

When you’re ready to venture out, it’s a three-mile drive from home to Port Aransas Nature Preserve and downtown fun.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
