Affectionately known as Coral Cove, your crew of eight will feel right at home at this pet-friendly fresh and beachy 3BR/2BA rental, just blocks from the sand and surf. This tropical neighborhood is lined with brightly colored homes, and a glittering shared pool awaits steps from your door.

A welcoming open-concept layout greets you inside — relax in the stylish living room, whip up a fine meal in the well-appointed kitchen, and gather to enjoy it at the eight-person dining table. The living room boasts a 48” TV, as do the master and second bedroom.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Ocean-blue paint dresses the beachy wood walls in the living area of Coral Cove. Furnishings include a royal blue love seat and two modern armchairs; get comfortable and settle in with your favorite shows on the 48” TV.

Granite counters gleam in the open-concept kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and gadgetry you need to fix vacation meals. The dining area seats eight at a classic wood table.

A king-size bed beckons in the master bedroom, where deep blue walls add to the relaxing atmosphere. The en-suite bath is equipped with a walk-in shower and granite vanity, and a walk-in closet offers ample storage.

48” TV's in the master suite and second bedroom allow you to enjoy TV while curled up under the covers.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third is ideal for the kids with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. A tiled tub/shower combination rounds out the marine-themed guest bath.

Extras at the home include parking for two cars (one space in the driveway and one reserved spot on the street), a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Find the shared pool steps from your door. This is a pet-friendly rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
