Adjoining gîte on a large wooded property(2 ha), next to the owner. Living-rm-cum-kitchenette, 2 sofa-bds 3ft9, 2 bdrms (2 dble bds, 1 single bd, baby bd), shower rm, WC. Access to the 2nd bdrm and to the shower rm thru the covered terrace. Additional heating, fireplace (firewood supplied). TV, DVD. Washing mach., fridge, chest freez., gas oven, gas 4-burners plate, micro-w. Swing, garden tables & chairs, BBQ. Swimming-pool shared with the owner. This authentic and sunny gîte, set within a beautiful farm building, is situated on a mountain slope, on the south side of the Montagne Noire, in the heart of a 14 ha wooded property. The swimming-pool facing the mountain, the games area for children and the vast spaces will ravish you. Calm and vivification guaranteed, for a stay close to nature, based upon hiking and walking in the nearby forests. At a few kms, magnificent lake of Saint-Peyres (aquatic activities, walks, mountain-biking).
