Apartment las Terrazas by Sébastien

Located on a golf course (La Saurines) designed by Jack Niklaus, you are in the perfect place to play golf all year round and enjoy the pool or the beaches with your family.
Fully equipped and with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, it offers a peaceful view of the pool from the terrace. A supermarket (5' feet) is at your disposal on the site. Close to the sea (15'/20' by car) as well as the open-air shopping centre La Zénia
The accommodation
The apartment was refurbished in 2021, it offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay (lift, wifi, IP television, washing machine, plancha). You will find a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom towels, beach towels and bed sheets. Entertainment is also present, we have at your disposal, board games, books, rackets to enjoy the outdoors as well as 2 bicycles which are at the bottom of the building.
Whether you are in the master bedroom or in the living room, you will have direct access to the terrace.

Other remarks
A deposit of 300€ will be given at the check-in and will be returned to you once the check-out is completed and in order.
