We had a great 6 days at this property. The listing was 100% accurate. This is actually a 3 level property with a balcony and lower outdoor patio that would be great in the summer months.
There are 2 parking spots reserved. Ski locker available as well.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials as well as an in-wall espresso machine.
We would stay again. Thanks!

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Winter is wonderful, but summer is why we live here! That is a very popular saying. Hope to see you!
Nice place but too many stairs for young kids and elderly guests
We had a great time staying at this nice condo with one exception, the stairs. The unit has three levels, one main living area (with no bathroom) and two other levels with bedrooms. We had 3 kids under the age of 4 and two elderly (the grandparents over the age of 70) that needed assistance going up and down stairs. Since there wasn’t a bathroom on the main living level this required multiple trips a day going up and down the stairs which was pretty stressful.
I also was unable to lower the temperature in the master suite below 75 degrees, even after turning off the heaters. As such, I had to sleep with the exterior door open to allow for cooler air at night. There wasn’t an AC unit in the lower master suite but there was one on the main living floor and third floor.

Glad that you did enjoy your stay. When the remodel was done in order to make "normal" stairs as opposed to "spiral" stairs we did have to remove a half bath. We say there is only air conditioning in the living area, and the upstairs bedrooms. Normally, we have the windows open with a fan and the lower level stays cool enough.
The management company was very responsive. The location was okay. It was a short 5 minute walk to a bus stop that could take you in town, or you could take a 15 minute walk to get to Vail village. The ski-in ski-out worked out okay; you have to make a final run off of lift 6 to get to ski in to the location, or you will have to walk back. There is a little tunnel off of the final run headed to vail village that allows you to ski most of the way to the building. The property doesn't have a bathroom on the main floor which means you have to walk up or down stairs to use the John. Also, you could use quite a bit more lighting in there; we like to play games and the dining table is pretty dark at night. There is only one good common area, so if you want the kids out of the way you've got to send them to a bedroom. To get to the hot-tub, you have to walk out of the building to a neighboring building. One day, the hot tub was pretty disgusting but the other days it was good.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! The tunnel you speak of is called "Northwood's Tunnel" I will take a look at the lighting as you suggest.
