I'm a private host who lives in Lancaster, PA among the Amish. I run a guest house here along with a shop. I love what I do. I'm not able to be on site in Florida but I have a great managing company. I make sure also that my guests can always reach out to me.

Why they chose this property

I started buying the Villas at Runaway Beach as I wanted to make sure my family would always have a place to stay when they planned a trip to Disney. We are great fans of Disney but they have gotten too expensive to stay on their property. I've been also purchasing other Villas at the resort so as of today I have 4.

What makes this property unique

Over the years the Resort has been popular as guests find the value of a stay well worth it. This helps them to have more money to spend on their vacation.
