Spacious 1300 sq ft condo reflects a coastal flair with cottage-style furnishings, beach themed décor, and a color scheme of soft sunshine with shades of clear sky and deep ocean blues. Ceiling fans in every room offer the feel of a shore breeze. An open living and dining room with 20-ft cathedral ceilings offers ample space for eating, lounging, and getting together with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, granite countertops with breakfast bar and is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. A large dining table seats four comfortably.


The roomy master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the spacious, fully remodeled, master bath is complete with double sink and marble vanity. The guest bedroom contains a double/full-sized bed plus a single/twin-sized bed, to accommodate various family needs. Two queen sleeper sofas in the living room offer additional sleeping options. Both bedrooms offer huge walk-in closets, providing easy storage of luggage. A large hall bath, with additional double sink, is conveniently located near the guest bedroom. A full-sized washing machine and dryer are included in the amenities within the condo. Large televisions are found in the living room, and each bedroom; and a DVD player provides entertainment for the whole family in the living area. As a 2nd floor unit, this condo provides peace and tranquility without noise from neighbors above.

Runaway Beach Club Resort is a luxury family resort located right in the center of Florida's tourist area, only 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Tropically landscaped, this gated community consists of charming two-story pastel Key West-style villas surrounding a central fountained lagoon. Two heated pools and hot tub provide swimming and sunning options for the whole family --- a South Beach themed adult pool plus a fun, colorful child-friendly pool with water features and zero-depth entry. Accented by flickering Hawaiian-style torches and gracious palm trees, the extensive deck area surrounds both pools and overlooks the beautifully landscaped lagoon. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrella tables are provided throughout the deck area. The resort’s clubhouse contains a modern fitness center, indoor basketball court (fee applies), and a TV lounge area with public computer. Free Wi-Fi throughout the complex. There is NO additional Daily Resort Access Fee.

Just what you could need for a comfortable stay, very convenient location for Disney parks, the place is not new but it has been renovated and everything worked. Heather was very good at replying when we reached out to her, messaged her about an issue with one of the bathrooms and she was able to get someone to fix the problem very quickly, I would definitely stay here again if visiting Disney parks

Overall the property was good. Close to parks and in a gated community. It was a bit outdated but that wasn’t a big deal. The only negative was the lack of everyday items. Trash bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc. We did buy these things and left them for the next guest.

Great communication with host Heather. Place was perfect for what we needed. Weekend get away while our son was in town. We went to Disney and SeaWorld. Great location for Disney

Great stay for my family of threee's Disney vacation in spring break 2025. Quiet, clean and convenient. 30 min from airport, 20 min to magic Kingdom, Epcot or Hollywood studio, (didn't go animal Kingdom though). 5 min to super Walmart, with great selection of food also good price for souvenir. plenty parking for our rental car. wife an daughter very happy. highly recommend!

Place was a great rental for our family trip! The condo was larger than I thought it would be. We ran into some issues one night (locked ourselves out) and the host was so understanding and supportive even late at night. They really went above and beyond for us!

great "home away from home"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our two bedroom condo. It was roomy and comfortable. We have already planned to stay there again next year. I would have appreciated such small things as salt and pepper/sugar packets that are always needed, but the place was clean and we had a great time. We also appreciated the amenities at the site - two pools, an adequate fitness center, and the resources to print out our boarding passes!

We spent 2 months at this condo and had a fantastic time!! It’s an upstairs condo so it was quiet spacious!! You couldn’t ask for a better location!! Close to everything!!
