This condo was beautiful and very clean! The decor was stunning and made us feel right at home! Equipped with everything we needed and the Alexa made for a nice touch. Loved all the windows and open views of the beach! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Great and quick communication from the owners was a huge selling point. An absolute gem of a find

My husband found The Tipsy Mermaid condo and we instantly booked as we were looking for a “on the beach” spot. This place was clean, modern, and on the first floor ON THE WATER. The booking was easy, the communication was very prompt with the owners and they checked in to make sure are needs were met. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week as everything was perfect! They also have two more rentals. We will definitely be holding on to there information and will absolutely book with them again. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable. -W & L

You can't beat this 1 bedroom condo. Communication and flexibility with the owner was excellent they checked on us after the area had severe weather and just exceeded our expectations. The location is easy access to everything you need. We walked to Pineapple Willy's every day. If you are wondering about the property. The two smaller pools are heated but the large lagoon pool is not which would probably be fine for most in the summer. We brought our own beach chairs but the unit does have 2. We didn't see an umbrella but that was fine for us. Just be aware that if you want beach service it is about $250 for the week. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.
