On the ground floor, living room-kitchen with a fireplace overlooking the terrace of a living room of garden and a small griddle electric. WC with washing hands. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90. Water room. Electric heating. Parking provided. City tax not included. Character cottage in one of the most beautiful villages of the Minervois, with nice view on the roofs of the village. Adjoining terrace on 2 levels. For the nearby Abbey, many trails to the marble quarries are proposed. The village is also the starting point to visit the vaults of the road of the wines of the Minervois. Animal accepted conditionally (size, cleanliness and bail).
