The John Collins family would like to invite you to our (licensed short term rental) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Owner-operated for affordability, and located next to the spectacularly scenic Wasatch Mountains, ski resorts and city amenities. The home can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 8 beds total. 1 queen and 2 single in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds. 3rd. bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed. 4th bedroom in basement has 1 double bed. Each bedroom has small TV with Stick. Ping pong table located in unfinished basement. Tile throughout kitchen area and hall. Gas stove. Cathedral ceilings in living room and master bedroom. Hot tub on deck with with deer and elk on the hill at times. Mountain views from master bedroom. At Christmas time the house is decorated and with a 9 foot tree. Excellent snow removal plan. In the summer the hot tub heat is off from June till mid October. Local park next door. 2750 sq..ft.

Turn lights off and reduce heat to 65 during the winter. Let me know if there's any items broken or any concerns or lack of items that could be used or needed. Thank you

Great spot for a ski vacation

This location was excellent for a ski trip to Brighton. There was plenty of space and it was easy to get to grocery store ski rental etc

Great ski trip

We had 3 great days of skiing the mountains in the surrounding area. The property is in a great location and we enjoyed the ping pong and hot tub after skiing. Would stay again.

Perfect location

Perfect location for skiing Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. Right at mouth of canyon, short drive to any of these resorts. Plenty of room for everyone.

Four Old Ski Bums

4 Old dudes from AK, ID & MN stayed here for 4 nights and skied 3 days. Our tired legs really enjoyed the hot tub which was great. The unit was clean and the host responded quickly to our inquiries. Very close to Alta & Snowbird was also a plus!

Great ski location

Place was comfortable and had most all ammeneties for cooking. Carpet is a bit outdated but no big deal. Great locstion for accessing Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon.

In 1997 was one of very few Licensed short term rentals when I bought the property.

. The property lies between the two canyons for easy access to Alta, Brighton , snowbird and Solitude ski resorts. Snow removal is a plus. Walking distance to park and ride and the bus service. A park is located next door. City Licensed short term rental. Wasatch park and ride across the road on Wasatch Blvd. End unit with additional windows.
