Residence La Terrazza, your vacation home close to the historic center of Kaltern. Feel at home on our spacious panoramic terrace or in the sunny winter garden—ideal for small families or groups of friends. Free parking.

How beautiful the day is when the first rays of sunshine peek out from behind the mountain peaks of the Dolomites. Fresh bread rolls and delicious pastries from the nearby bakery and you're ready to go. You can leave your car behind for many popular destinations such as Lake Kaltern, the Rastenbach Gorge, or Montiggl. Want to go shopping in Bolzano or take a walk to the earth pyramids on the Ritten? Our guests can travel free of charge by bus, train, or cable car.
In the afternoon, when the light warm breeze from Lake Garda rustles the leaves of the lemon, olive, and fig trees on our sun terrace, our wine arbor provides refreshing shade.
