Property is well kept and kitchen views are amazing. Our family of 4 ( two kids) stayed for 8 days and found many winter activities within 45 minutes of the property. Highly recommended.

Ein sehr schönes und hochwertiges Appartement mit wunderschönen Blick in die Landschaft. Gut gelegen für Tagesausflüge nach Kaltern, Bozen und Meran. Auch der Vorschlag von Elisabeth (Herbstmarkt in Radein) war sehr positiv. Wenn es passt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

sehr schöne Unterkunft. Toller Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht Richtung Nord /Nord Ost. So sieht man ein schönes Bergpanorama.Wohnung ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik, LED Licht, dimmbar, Klima, elektrische Rolladen etc.Und: es hat sehr gut gedämmte Fenster. Die lassen evtl Lärm draußen.Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Tolle Wohnung, super sauber und inkl Waschmaschine super praktisch. Allerdings muss man beachten das es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Ein Staubsauger/Handkehrer wäre noch super gewesen um zwischendrin selbst etwas sauber zu machen. Aber sonst alles super.

Uns haben vor allem die Rundum- Terrasse und die großen Panoramafenster mit Blick auf die Berge und Weinhänge begeistert. Und für die Klimaanlage waren wir bei Temperaturen um 35 sehr dankbar.

Architektonisch und von der Ausstattung her, überragende Ferienwohnung! Panoramafenster, Klimaanlage, ein umlaufender Terrassenbalkon, das super Bad - eine absolute top Wohnung! Die Lage von Neumarkt war für uns spitze, Ausflüge nach Meran, Bozen, Trient, Tramin, Kaltern & Kalterer See, den tollen Garten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff, die Erreichbarkeit des Etsch-Radweges, tolle Ausflugsziele ganz in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder. WLAN 6-23 Uhr. Gestört hat uns etwas der vernehmbare Verkehr der Cavalesestraße - auch für uns auf der straßenabgewandten Seite im 1.Stock auf unserem Terrassenbalkon. Dafür war die Aussicht über Wein- und Obstgärten grandios! Beigefügt ist ein Foto der Morgenstimmung über die Gärten am Abreisetag, nach 14 Tagen wunderschönem Urlaub. Gastgeberin/Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und angenehme Kommunikation.

Ein Zuhause im Urlaub

Schon während unserer Anreise hatten wir einen unkomplizierten und unterhaltsamen Chat mit der Vermieterin, die uns mit Fotos den Weg zum Objekt beschrieb. Vor Ort hat sie uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alle notwendigen Informationen gegeben, so dass der Urlaub gleich beginnen konnte. Die Wohnung ist topmodern ausgestattet und bietet aus der vollverglasten Wohnküche einen großartigen Panoramablick in die Umgebung, der auch auf dem Umlaufenden Balkon genossen werden kann. Ein eingefriedeter privater Parkplatz kommt hinzu. Als superangenehmes „Basislager“ für Unternehmungen von Meran bis Trient können wir dieses Objekt ohne Einschränkung empfehlen..

Wundervoll

Très bel appartement avec une bonne situation

Situé au 2ème étage, l'appartement offre une jolie vue sur les montagnes environnantes et le village. Vu sa localisation, il permet d'explorer de nombreux sites que ce soit vers le Trentin ou vers le Haut-Adige. Le logement est très bien équipé et est très calme. Merci à Elisabeth et Thomas pour leur confiance et leur sens du service.

Familienurlaub zum Wandern und Schwimmen in Südtirol

Wir hatten seinen super-schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Passend zu unserem warmen Wetter war die Klimaanlage eine große Bereicherung. Aussicht von der Terrasse einfach nur Panormafeeling. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung - schöner Ort - mega Aussicht

Wir waren 8 Tage in Neumarkt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und zugleich gemütlich. Der Balkon ist groß und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Etschtal, die Weinberge und Apfelplantagen. Auch der Ort Neumarkt hat uns sehr gut gefallen - etwas verschlafen und nicht so touristisch, aber das hat es für uns gerade ausgemacht. Man bekommt alles, was man braucht und hat auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten lecker essen zu gehen. Der Kontakt mit Elisabeth und ihrem Mann lief schnell und reibungslos und ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung gab es auch noch :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Moderne Traumwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Traumhafte großzügige Wohnung mit moderner und geschmackvoller Ausstattung (riesige Panoramaverglasung, sehr große Terrassen mit Blick in Berge, Tal, Weinhänge und Zaubergärten; edle Fliesenauswahl, Materialmix Glas und Naturholz in Kombination mit Schwarz und Naturfarben……). Herzliche Gastgeber! In kurzer Zeit erreichbar: Weinstraße mit Tramin, Kaltern, Kurtatsch, Dolomitenstrasse… Und natürlich auch Neumarkt mit jahrhundertealter Geschichte, ganz entspannt in den Gassen und Laubengängen das südtiroler Leben ohne zu großen Touristenansturm. Sogar bis zum Gardasee haben wir es in einem Tagesausflug geschafft.
