Just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Apartment Mare is a bright, cozy home for 4 guests with a large sunny terrace, air conditioning in every room, and free parking.
Perfect for families or couples, it’s in charming Kaštel Stari, between Split (16 km) and Trogir (8 km), close to restaurants, public transport, and fun local activities.
Relax and enjoy a true Dalmatian getaway by the sea!
Apartment Mare is located on the middle floor of the house and offers two separate air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower and toilet.
One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony.
The apartment also features a fully equipped, modern kitchen with an integrated dining and living area, as well as direct access to a spacious 40 m² terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or prepare and share meals together. The living area includes a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as central heating for the winter months.
Private parking is located directly at the house.
Towels, bed linen, and air conditioning are included in the price.
Arrival is possible daily.
The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away, and restaurants and traditional taverns (konoba) can be reached within approximately 500 m.
A bus stop with connections to Split and Trogir is only 30 m from the house. Medical services and emergency care are available within 250 m.
The nearby tourist office (900 m) offers excursions to national parks such as Krka and Plitvice, boat trips on the Cetina River, and fish picnic tours. Split International Airport is approximately 7 km away, while the bus station, train station, and port in Split are 19 km away.
