Lovely little gîte for 2, close to the sea in the Cotentin region.

Description:
Near the sea, private owner rents charming cottage for 2 people in Quettehou, Manche. In a quiet and relaxing area, 800m from the town center with all shops.
Numerous hiking and cycling trails throughout the Val de Saire and northern Cotentin, including the GR 223. Close to Barfleur and Saint Vaast La Hougue (voted the most beautiful village in France), near Valognes, the D-Day landing beaches (Utah) and Sainte Mère Église, Cherbourg. Nearest beach ~ 10 to 15 minutes on foot (more or less depending on walking pace). Small house with enclosed courtyard and garden. First floor: Living room, kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, sofa bed. Upstairs: Bedrooms, 1 double bed (140cm), toilet area, WC, sink, shower (90cm). Bed linen and towels provided. Outside laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, stainless steel sink. Garage/Workshop: Space available for bicycles, tools and workbenches for minor repairs. A €50 cleaning fee will be charged if the house cannot be cleaned. .
-Pets not allowed.
Rates: €460 per week.
-Weekends and overnight stays possible, minimum €70/night, please call for more information.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce petit cocon qu’est cette annexe toute bien retapée ! L’espace est compact mais a été bien pensé et est parfaitement équipé.Jacques et Catherine sont accueillants et attentionnés, pleins de petites attentions et leur jardin, mis à disposition, est un vrai havre de paix par beau temps ! Parfait pour une retraite en amoureux 3On reviendra avec grand plaisir et on recommande

Un court séjour maisbje serai resté plus longtemps ! Jacques et sa femme sont vraiment formidables, disponibles et de bons conseils sur la région. Le logement est super, et le petit jardin très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter

Les hôtes sont très accueillant et bienveillant Le gîte est neuf, très bien décoré et équipé dans une petite maison de caractère.L'environnement est calme, très agréable dans un quartier pavillonnaire.
