Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room. The first-floor primary suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, along with sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite bedroom on the upper floor features a king bed. Additional bedrooms include one with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, smart TVs, bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage such as walk-in closets, closets, or dressers. Extra pillows and blankets are available for added comfort.

Indoor living and entertainment
Inside, the home offers several inviting areas to gather and relax. The family room includes a sectional with a queen sofa bed and a large TV for shared movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The air-conditioned game room adds lively entertainment with a pool table, arcade games, life size games, and a TV. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door provides a quiet place for remote work or study, supported by Wifi and an Ethernet connection.

Families traveling with children will find thoughtful touches throughout the home. A children’s playroom offers toys, books, and games, while the outdoor playground provides space for active play. A crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, and children’s books and toys for multiple age groups help make the stay comfortable for younger guests.

With full kitchen access, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a range of appliances, it’s easy to prepare breakfast, gather around the dining table, or enjoy coffee before heading out for the day. The private backyard offers a fully fenced outdoor space where you can enjoy the warm Orlando Area climate year-round. The private outdoor pool and spa sit just off the patio, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area creating space to relax throughout the day. The pool and spa are available all year and can be heated for an additional cost. A private BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

Amenities and essentials
The home includes central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and in-unit laundry with a free washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials are provided, and home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras on property that face outward for safety. Free driveway parking on premises - 4 spaces - is available, along with free street parking. Self check-in is provided through a keypad for convenient arrivals.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
