Beautiful Villa With Stunning Views Across Conservation Area

Our beautiful family villa is located on the prestigious High Grove resort in Clermont. It benefits from a large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, two en-suite king beds and two twin rooms with a linked ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. The villa is equipped with every mod-con you would expect in a high standard property; air-conditioning, free WiFi, local calls, cable, a large 50" HDTV, plus TVs in all bedrooms and a games room for children and adults alike. We also offer free use of our BBQ and there is a safe available. It is outside however where we believe our villa really comes into its own. With a south west facing pool and spa you can enjoy all day sunshine and stunning views across the lake and conservation area. This small gated community is unique in appearance, and whilst very quiet, there are numerous restaurants, bars and a large Walmart only a 5 minute drive away. Disney World is only 15 minutes away, with Universal a further 15 minutes. Its approximately 75 minutes to Florida's golden, sandy beaches and also to the Kennedy Space Centre. Golfers are also catered for, with a number of championship standard courses nearby.

wonderful villa. we stayed a week and loved the house and location. the house is close to stores and places to eat but far enough away to not hear the hwy noises. the villa was very clean not bugs at all. we loved the game room and spent time every day in the pool and hot tub. highlight of our stay was getting to see 5 small/med size gators in the drainage pond right behind the villa. its a wonderful place and we hope to visit again!!

Sunshine Escape

A wonderful getaway. Peaceful animal sanctuary to overlook and enjoy, while relaxing in the pool and hot tub.We will definitely seek to stay here again. Yes, there are minor cosmetics but Nothing to prevent you from having a wonderful stay!

Great stay

We stayed here 15 years ago, so we were excited to see what it looked like. The city and surrounding areas have grown a lot, in a good way. The house is very comfortable for our family of 7, with excellent amenities. The pool and spa were great for a relaxing day at home.

Beautiful Villa

We've stayed in a few different villas in Orlando and this was by far my favourite. It's beautiful and much bigger than appears in the photos. The location is so relaxing and very quiet with views of a lake where we saw alligators on a regular basis. It's very close to all the parks and a large Walmart is just 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend this villa.

A great spot for a family

We had a great time here. It fits our family of 5 very well. We have younger children and the layout of twin bedrooms vs adult rooms was perfect. It was also nice to have a bathtub for our little ones. The laundry and dishwasher both worked great. We also enjoyed the screened-in pool and the ability to see a few gators right from the pool deck. Excellent communication from the host. We would stay again!

Winter thaw

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day of our stay. Everyone in our party felt comfortable and at home. We even had a person in a power chair. He was able to get in and out of house with ease. We all enjoyed seeing the wild life in back yard. Many kinds of birds, turtles, alligators and even a bunny in the front yard.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a great vacation at the home! The home was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Everything you need to know is made up in a convenient handbook, with information about the home, activities and local attractions. The pool area was fantastic! It backs on to a little pond which is great for watching all the local wildlife, including the resident alligator! The home is filled with plenty of activities as well, the games room in the garage was a hit for us, there are plenty of books, board games and movies for the kids as well. The location of the home is close to many restaurants and fun places to check out. A short (20ish minutes to Disney) and almost any shopping plaza, you can’t go wrong with the location of the house. Overall it was a fantastic stay!!

Orlando Holiday

The property was situated within a very well maintained gated community. The house was well positioned on the lakeside so was not overlooked and so provided privacy when using the pool and spa.It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with both double bedrooms being ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. The air-conditioning worked well and kept the house cool.The location was ideal giving easy access to all of Orlando's Disney Parks and other attractions. There was also plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive and the Best of British pub within walking distance which was well worth visiting.It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee and milk in the welcome pack as we arrived too late to get to any shops. However, we did appreciate the bottled water and wine. This did not in anyway distract from the enjoyment of our holiday.I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again if we return to the area.

Lovely villa

We stayed here for 3 weeks July / August, it was such a lovely villa and was like home from home. The villa was just as the pictures show! There was four of us (2 adults and 2 children) so plenty of space. The pool area we all loved and was not overlooked by anyone and had sunshine for most of the day so pool heating was not needed. The games room is brilliant and we spent lots of time having fun in here. The villa was in a great location, nearby for supermarkets, restaurants and Disney was approx. 20 minutes with Universal approx. 30 minutes away. Communication with Jane was always very swift and was always helpful when replying to my emails . From the initial contact with Jane through to the end was excellent. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. This was our first DIY holiday and were slightly nervous but has definitely given me confidence to do it again! We are already planning when to come back!

Lovely villa in a safe, picturesque gated estate.

Nice, spacious villa overlooking a small lake (we saw a couple of small alligators on our first morning!). Villa is very well stocked with almost everything you’ll need during your stay. A complimentary bottle of wine was a very welcome surprise after a long journey and a late evening arrival at the property. The private estate is gated and felt very safe throughout our two-week stay. The only slightly negative comment we have is that we noticed a huge amount of dust and fluff covering the air-con vents throughout the property and a number of cobwebs over some of the walls. This didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the villa however, but may be worth mentioning to the people who manage the property. Overall we would highly recommend this villa.

Great place!

The house was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There is a small mini golf course and playground in the neighborhood, which was fun. The kids enjoyed the pool and being able to spread out in the house. We had great communication with Jane. It was fun to see the wildlife in the water in the backyard: small alligators, turtles, and birds. There were a plentiful amount of bath and beach towels. The kitchen had basic supplies. We had to provide our own additional garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Overall, we had a nice stay! Our family had a great time at this house. We were there for softball and the location was perfect. The house had everything we needed. The pool was excellent. The extra money for a heated pool was well worth it. If we come back to this area, we will be back.

Beautiful Home!

The home is beautiful, and the space was a perfect size. We had five guests - two adults and three (mostly grown) teenagers. The teens each had their own room, and we all had the ability to spread out and not be in each others' space the entire time. The host immediately reached out to me when I had one small question, which really didn't have anything to do with the house. Their communication was top notch! The location to Disney and Universal can't be beat! We were an easy drive to any of the parks (less than 25 minutes most days!) but far enough away that we didn't feel like we were in a tourist trap.

Nice home with plenty to do

We traveled with our in laws and children. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space, which we loved. After long days at the amusement parks it was nice to relax in the spa or swim. The alligators in the pond out back were a fun thing to watch also. We did use the pool table and Foosball table that's located in the garage, great fun for the kids and adults. The home was clean and located conveniently close to grocery and other stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 8 days and everything was amazing. The house was clean and welcoming, very safe and quiet neighborhood. The property is close by to everything, Disney world is about 20 min away and shopping centers are 5-10 min from it. Great customer service and communication with owner, if we had any questions or requests they got resolved really fast without any problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!! 😊

Everything was perfect my family and I slept on the sofa because I noticed that the bed set was not washed I smelled a men’s Cologne all over the pillows and blankets other than that my stay was great I love the alarms for all pool doors safe for children the house is nice and spacious!! We live in Hampshire, England with our children and have enjoyed holidays in Florida for many years. The decision to purchase a property was a big one for us, and we hope that if you choose to rent our lovely villa that you enjoy its peace and tranquillity as much as we do.

Why the owner chose a villa in this location
We loved the villa as soon as we saw it. We wanted a modern villa that had a view and definitely did not look into other people’s pools.

Unique benefits of the property
We are extremely close to all the theme parks, golf courses, shops and restaurants. The property is extremely quiet and and you can enjoy sitting by the pool until late, taking in the sunshine and the stunning view across the conservation area.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the property because we wanted a modern villa with uninterrupted views, all mod cons, and the location to be quiet yet close to all the major attractions. We can be in our favourite restaurant in 5 mins drive and within 10-15 mins be at all the major Disney attractions. Additionally Orlando airport is only 45 minutes drive away.

We love High Grove, it is a small gated community, unique in its appearance and having a distinct Mediterranean look and feel to it.

What makes this property unique

The villa is in an extremely quiet community, and enjoys the benefit of being situated just off the 192, with direct access to all the Disney parks.

Our villa is in the southern part of the community, and offers a southwest facing position, meaning that the pool has sunshine from morning till night.
