Conveniently located PayDay condominium with beds for nine and three full bathrooms. Two master suites with king beds and full bathrooms, one queen bed, one full and one twin bed, third full bath is down stairs. Well provisioned condo with private hot tub, cable TV, gas fireplace, and spectacular mountain view. Across the street from city bus stop and Silver Star ski lift.

Park City Resort Access:
Silver Star lift is accessible across the street from the condo. A short walk (~150 yards) down the sidewalk to an elevator that goes up to the base of the Silver Star lift. Lift ticket purchase and ski equipment rentals are available at this lift. Silver Star also has a restaurant, rental bikes, and a store for any outdoor activity. The bus stop directly across the street also provides a free ride to the base of the main PC resort.

Historic Main Street Access:
The bus stop directly across the street provides a free ride to downtown Park City for dining, shopping, and festivals.

Other activities:
The condo is located on the Park City public golf course, which provides 3-season golf and cross country skiing in the winter. Armstrong trail starts near Silver Star and provides epic hiking and mountain biking.

Great location for a final Sundance. Place could use a little TLC (some doors don’t stay closed much less lock) but it’s a warm, comforting environment, and the owners are very helpful. Recommend.

Perfect location - great hot tub!

Very convenient to mountain!

My family of 5 adults and 2 kids had a great time staying here for a week over Christmas. The location can’t be beat due to the bus stop across the street and just minutes drive to Mountain Village and grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was spacious for all 7 of us.

Great ski condo

Convenient for skiing … great lift access with just a 3 minute walk to lifts. Bus stop also right outside the door to take downtown which was convenient during Sundance. The hot tub was great after a good ski day. Plenty of room and well furnished with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo at the base of silver star. The bus stop is right across the street and it was super easy to get everyone using the bus as well. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the mountain. Only negative was our neighbors were a little loud at night and the walls were a little thin but overall would totally stay here again!

Had very easy access to the bus stop and an elevator shortcut makes the walk to the lift less than 5 minutesIt was really nice only having to take 1 step onto the patio to use the hot tubPlace was cozy and very well kept

This place is great!

Our group consisted of 2 retired friends and our 2 mid thirty sons. We all had a blast. The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable,and quiet. The other big advantage is how close it is to the chair lift. A real plus in our book. The skiing was also good with skiing for all skill levels. We will definitely be coming back here again! Thanks!

This condo was great!! Very well stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub almost daily, but the best part was the hosts! They bent over backwards for us to make sure we had a great vacation.

Perfect Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property seems much bigger than the photos show. The living and dining areas easily accommodated our family of 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked which was much appreciated. No problems with internet, TV, hot water, water pressure, beds, etc . Also, very short walk to Silver Star lift. All was perfect. Thanks!

Our home is conveniently located to the city bus route, Silver Star Ski Lift, and Silver Star commercial area that has a restaurant, ski and bike rentals, and is a historical mining area.
