Cottage "7th Lake" is a stylish two-bedroom cottage ready to sleep up to five guests and welcome your furry friends! The main bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, while the smaller bedroom offers a custom-built twin over full bunk bed, perfect for family or friends.

This stunning cabin showcases beautiful pine throughout, soaring cathedral ceilings, and a striking floor-to-ceiling stone propane fireplace. The open-concept kitchen and living room create a spacious, inviting area for everyone to gather. The full bath includes a shower.

The modern eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave), a drip coffee pot, and a toaster, along with all the pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, and serving dishes you need. Rustic yet stylish Adirondack decor adds to the cabin's cozy charm. For even more comfort, the cottage also features ceiling fans, A/C and Heat, excellent Wifi, and smart TV!

Step outside to find a charcoal grill, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack-style chairs, and a picnic table—ideal for enjoying the great outdoors. In addition, there are complementary kayaks, canoes and SUP for our registered guests to enjoy. Boat Rentals are also available on site. We have a 20' Pontoon and a 16' Bayliner. Full Day and Half Day rentals offered! Inquire for pricing and details.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lower heat to 62 degrees on the split unit (Only for stays during cold months). Turn off fireplace.

We loved our stay. The cabins and amenities are flawless. They have everything you need for an amazing Vacation spot or even a place to work remotely. Location is minutes from town, but seems remote. We are going back soon!

Our cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. The property is well taken care of, with obvious thoughtfulness to the guests enjoyment. We appreciated the complimentary access to the kayaks & canoes, as well as the charcoal grill at our site. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to a future stay.

ADK Get Away

We had an absolute blast at The Lakes! The cabins were fabulous, all newly renovated, equipped with all the modern amenities you could need and very clean! The hosts, Jon and Emanuela couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We loved being able to have our own camp fire every night and taking advantage of the complimentary stand up paddle boards. Can’t wait to return, highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for an ADK getaway to indulge in swimming, hiking, boating, fishing, kayaking, snowmobiling, skiing or just simply relaxing, you have come to the right place! Our waterfront oasis offers upscale accommodations in the most beautiful setting! Our cottages, previously known as The Narrows Cottages of Old Forge, have a long history of families and friends vacationing here year after year, generations after generations for well over 50 years!

What makes this property unique

The Lakes is located on the First Lake Channel, also called the Narrows, which connects to First Lake and Old Forge Pond and various channels that link to several lakes on the Fulton Chain of Lakes. Indulge in boating, kayaking, fishing, picnicking, shopping or just sit back and experience the peace and quiet that surrounds you. The Lakes is just minutes to the Old Forge Public Beach, Water Safari, tennis courts, boat tours, churches, grocery stores, coffee shop, quaint gift shops, movie theater, arcade, miniature golf, and the community art center. Many within a walking distance! Not to mention excellent restaurants, hiking trails, lakes and ponds for fishing that are also nearby.

Also in the area are championship 18-hole golf courses: Thendara and Inlet. The McCauley Mountain chairlift and picnic area has a spectacular view of the village of Old Forge and the Fulton Chain of Lakes.
