Filled with light and close to the ski area, Angel View #6-1 is a great choice for a family or group vacation stay. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps seven and is steps from the Green Lot shuttle stop and two blocks to the Chile Express chairlift. The entry of the condo has plenty of space for coats and gear. The attached garage can be used for equipment storage. The main bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and en suite bath with a shower/tub combo and a private deck. Upstairs, the kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher. The dining area seats four. The living room seats five comfortably (including a sofa sleeper) in front of the decorative fireplace and flat-screen smart TV with DVD player. The back deck is accessed through the living room. Also on this floor are a stacked washer/dryer and the second bath with a step-in shower. In the loft are a queen bed and a twin bed.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

This is one of three units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Angel View condo complex. They are within walking distance of each other and a short walk from the Green Lot shuttle stop.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Living room: Sleeper sofa. Loft: Queen bed, twin bed.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen smart TVs. Baseboard heating, wall heaters.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Rear deck with seating, private deck off first-floor bedroom.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Angel View #6-1 is a quick walk to the Green Lot shuttle stop and two blocks from the Chile Express lift. It is 2.5 miles (7 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: There is room for one vehicle in front of the unit's garage and room for another vehicle along the unit's driveway.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
