- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200) and desk
- A shower room (with shower and WC)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A lovely 554 m² private enclosed garden, facing south/west
- A 25 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Castillon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
