A truly exclusive, premium, fully furnished, 3-bedroom penthouse overlooking the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and golf course. The penthouse features 3 very large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a loft with two twin beds, and a half-bath for guests. The unit has an open floor plan which is great for entertaining and family gatherings. It has a spacious and open terrace for dining and relaxing. You will experience the magical colorful sunsets that Costa Rica has to offer. This apartment only admits guests over 12 years old.





This condo is located within Reserva Conchal in Carao Complex.

Planning on spending all day at the beach, you can take a 5-minute drive to The Beach Club on your car or use the on-demand free shuttle service, which will come right to the condo and pick you up - anytime from 7:00am – 10:00pm.

If you need daily cleaning, we can arrange that with an additional cost. We can also arrange for your groceries to be purchased and delivered to the condo, as well as a personal chef, yoga instructor, anything you want, so you can just relax and be pampered!

- Access to the exclusive Reserva Conchal Beach Club, with direct access to the beautiful Playa Conchal. In the Beach Club you will find a restaurant with a variety of options, a gym and various services.



Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.

Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.

If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.

In case your stay is 7 or more nights, one required general cleaning service is included in your rate on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

This condo was a great place to stay in Costa Rica. We are avid golfers the golf course is beautiful. We have been to Costa Rica a lot and the Playa Conchal beach was always crowded but they have closed it off to local traffic and it is no longer crowded and a beautiful beach. Loved access to the Beach Club, great pool and spa facility there.

Very spacious with amazing views. Outdoor large deck comes with a family of birds (sort of blu jay?) that will sit with you thru all meals looking for snacks! Very cute. We loved the penthouse, very comfortable. Easy parking for car in garage, and had golf carts parked out front. Have to mention all the bathrooms have giant round tubs that are high off ground you have to climb over to get into shower. I know this could be hard for some, potentially too difficult if older or unsteady. Beds comfortable, AC good. Giant w/d for beach towels and more. *If have golf carts use the cart path from the Westin Lobby down to the beach vs going all the way around. Great spot!

Family time in the sun

The experience with this property was great. The staff were very communicative and helped with lots of booking details for us. The beach club access was amazing and the pool in the condo complex was like a private pool. We would stay here again.

I would absolutely recommend this place!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! Great condo in such a beautiful location. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is to be prepared to buy absolutely everything for the kitchen in terms of oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, ziplocks etc as none of that is provided. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Nice place with amazing view

Nice place with amazing view. Beds were okay comfort wise and it was nice that the 3 main rooms all had their own bathrooms attached. The loft did not but is a cute space up there. Large kitchen if you decide to stay in and cook.

Dream location

The property felt safe with a security guard, the condo was very roomy with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a loft bedroom and another half bath. We used the hiking trails in the morning to look for monkeys. Loved having a pool close by and loved the beach club. The view from the top floor balcony couldn't have been more perfect for watching sunset and drinking coffee in the morning. We would are looking forward to returning soon.

4th time at Reserva for a quick 10 day trip. Always a good time at Playa Conchal. Condo in great shape. Good views from patio. Responsive rental team. Only real negative of the experience was the idiotic bathroom/shower design (downright dangerous, and I am a very fit person). Would lease space again.

I would not hesitate to book this place again!

Lovely penthouse apartment in Reserva Conchal! The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Communication with OCC management was smooth and professional. The views from the balcony are out of this world. We enjoyed many meals and coffees admiring the views. Beware of the blue birds! Our bird friends showed up for every breakfast. They were enjoyable to watch! We were also lucky to spot a group of howler monkeys near the condo. We enjoyed the condo pool that is within walking distance and especially liked having access to the beach club near the beach. The beach club is just a short drive down the road. The facility is very well kept and the beach is so beautiful. Overall, this location and condo are truly special. I would not hesitate to book this place again!

OCC communication was great, very helpful and described the property accurately. Everything we asked for and more. The property was 1st class. Clean, spacious, and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The layout of the condo was perfect. Two master bedrooms with baths and a private bedroom with 2 twin beds and a powder room on the first floor. In the loft was another 2 twin beds. The deck has a great view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The deck also had a propane grill. Thank you OCC for making our vacation to Costa Rica one to remember.
