Sitting on a mountain hill, enjoy the breathtaking views of one of the seven wonders of Costa Rica, Playa Conchal, while vacationing in this beautiful 2 Bedroom condo!


Enjoy hours on the terrace dining or lounging on top-of-the line furniture. Here you will have a front row seat to the Howler monkeys and exotic birds in the neighboring trees, can listen to the waves, watch the whales and enjoy the expansive views of our neighboring beaches… Playa Brasilito, Playa Conchal and Playa Potrero. This home has one of the premier views in Costa Rica!


This professionally decorated condo features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and all the small kitchen appliances you need to enjoy meals or snacks at home. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into the living room and the extra-large terrace giving you a spectacular view of the pacific ocean!


The spa-like King Master has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and the view! The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and it's own private bathroom.


The Flamingo Towers offers two large infinity pools, outdoor showers, beautifully landscaped gardens, a covered parking garage, elevators and 24 hour on-site security. The development is a five minute drive to several beaches where you can enjoy numerous beach-side restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking and fishing. This condo is also a five minute drive to the grocery stores, medical, dental and pharmacy services.

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and amazingly appointed. We were able to cook meals easily. The view from the patio is stunning and comfortable with a nice breeze. The pools were great. The host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Had a short stay but enjoyed every minute of it. Condo is well stocked with kitchen items, spices and beach gear, and is very spacious! Sunset views are amazing and kids enjoyed the multi-level pools!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

The condo was clean and very spacious, with an amazing terrace and unreal views. The beaches in the area are beautiful and much quieter than others we visited elsewhere. We had an excellent stay and would love to go back.

Relaxing stay on the coast of Costa Rica!

We ended our time in Costa Rica on the coast and chose the Flamingo Towers which fit the bill. It was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The patio furniture was extremely comfortable and the AC was cold. Fully stocked kitchen and pool/beach equipment were a plus. Communication was superb. We have nothing but glowing things to say about this property!

The property grounds are beautiful; condo was decorated wonderfully and well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the lanai in the morning and wine to watch the sunset. Maria communicated quickly and gave us everything we needed for easy checkin. Cheers! Pure vida!

My wife and I stay at Flamingo Towers almost every year. This was our first time in this unit and we were not disappointed. Great communication from property manager, well appointed, comfortable bed (which has been hit or miss in other units) and of course the view and location are best in class. Beautiful View

Our 4 night stay at the Flamingo Condo was perfect. The property was very clean and the furnishings and decor were high quality. Our daily breakfast on the large terrace was the perfect way to start the day. We typically ended the day in the infinity pool watching the sunset. There are a variety of beautiful beach’s to visit nearby. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Costa Rica Vacation

This is a beautifully situated and well-cared for property. A spectacular view of Brasilito Bay and a spacious and well decorated interior, complete with covered and secure parking, make this a fantastic place to spend a vacation. Attention to detail is obvious and even the knives in the knife block are actually sharp. Added bonus: There's a pull-up bar in the doorway to the utility room. Enjoying the meals and views from the big balcony, including spectacular sunsets, makes it truly a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay, breathtaking view. Everything was great only thing that was a bit bothersome during our stay was the construction noise since they are doing work around the building but nothing too crazy. Everything else was amazing! Loved the view.Thank you.
