The fully equipped open kitchen features a central island, perfect for cooking together or sharing an aperitif, as well as an indoor dining table for 6 people.

Construction work is taking place on the plot to the right of the villa when facing the sea, downwind. Nothing major, but we have reduced our prices by 30% during the affected periods to compensate for any inconvenience.
