The main house, bright and welcoming, offers incredible views of the Loire River and direct access to nature. Close to castles, vineyards, cycling routes, and boating. A perfect place to create memories and enjoy an exceptional setting. Here, we slow down, breathe, and love. 🏡 The 260-square-meter property, located 10 minutes from Saumur and 35 minutes from Angers, sits on a 3,300-square-meter wooded plot. :
