Felt Like Home Away From Home

Stayed in this condo for five days in August. Location was great as we could walk to almost everything downtown. View of Bay was nice and a beach within a two minute drive. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with amenities. A welcome gift was also a nice touch and the host David promptly replied to any inquiry we had. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Traverse City!

Great location for the price

We came back to this condo complex and love the location. This condo is well appointed, nice welcome gift, and overall was just the size we needed for our family of 3. Beds were very comfortable if you like softer mattress. Will definitely stay again.

Property was beautiful, walking distance to downtown was perfect! Only problem was that one of our guests accidentally left some things there and we couldn't get them back.

Fantastic location

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect. Everything you may need to enjoy your stay and more. Lots of room, well furnished and plenty of extras. Location was perfect, an easy walk or bike to downtown or the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

We arrived on the last day of Cherry Festival and didn't even have to leave the property to see the fireworks over the bay. The location was so convenient for everyone in our family. Our teenagers loved the freedom they had to walk everywhere for the duration of the trip.

Great spot for seeing TC Area

Just the right size for us (4), with a view to the bay and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Front St. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing some of our meals in. It was perfect!

We had an incredible week-long stay for the Cherry Festival. Both couples had a great time. The unit was awesome and all of the extras were thoroughly enjoyed. Communication was superb as was the location. 5-stars for sure!

Great Vacation in T.C.!

We had a wonderful time in Traverse City at this beautiful listing! We have been to T.C. many times, but this was the nicest listing that we have ever stayed in. It was wonderful to walk to Downtown and the beach. Our host, Sherri, was wonderful to work with! Highly recommended!

Lovely TC Condo!

Jess’s condo was perfect for our stay in TC! Loved the location, especially the water view! The unit was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms had charging stations which is a great extra for the homeowner to provide! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping made it super convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

Close to everything!

Fantastic two bedroom condo - walking distance to downtown, to the lake and to dining options galore! Condo is clean, fully furnished, and well maintained. Could use a lamp or two in the living room for reading, but otherwise it's perfect. Would stay again!

Fun weekend get away

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Being able to walk to down town was amazing. We walked along the bay every morning. It was a short trip to many wineries and tons of great restaurants. Condo was very clean. Great stay and we are already looking at dates for next year.

Great condo and location in Traverse City

We had an incredible stay! This condo has it all. No details were forgotten!We had a rainy day and found Monopoly in the cabinet so we played it and had fun! The condo is close to Front street and everything downtown. The two balconies were perfect to sit on and enjoy the bay view. Ashlee the owner is super responsive and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Great location. Short walk to downtown TC. Property was very clean and has everything you need. There is a park across the street for the kids. The owner was very helpful and check-in was super easy. The one bed upstairs (the white one) was very comfortable and it's occupants slept well. My only feedback is the other bed is probably better suited for kids or someone sleeping on their own. The bed moves around and makes noise with two adults in it. For this reason, we slept one adult/kid per bed. Overall a minor inconvenience and I would definitely stay again.

Loved this place!!!

Ashlee was wonderful to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The place is immaculate. Beds are very comfortable. And the sheets are clean and really soft. Towels are super clean and bright white. All of the details have been thought out. There are sponges and soap and plastic sandwich bags and lint rollers and razors. If you forgot something, it’s likely there. There was also a nice bag of ground Starbucks coffee that we used in the mornings. There is a shared, communal bbq that we ended up not using. From the master bedroom, we could hear traffic from the main road even with a sound machine. Fabulous location. Great restaurants within walking distance and downtown traverse city is easily walkable even with kids. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you Ashlee!!
