Beautiful, large, one bedroom, fully furnished comfortable second floor apartment with free parking and balcony and elevator for rent in Kew, Richmond, London. Kew is located in Southwest London and is one of the most beautiful areas of London.
Ideal for anyone doing research in Kew National Archives or a corporate let or a holiday let.
The property is located a one minute walk from the Thames River pathway, where you can enjoy river walks and 12 minute walk to Kew Gardens village, The Kew National Archives 7 minute walk.
London Underground station is 11/12 mins walk for fast access to Central London, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Hampstead.
Marks and Spencer shop a 1 minute walk away.
Wimbledon Tennis 8 miles Heathrow airport 20 mins by car
Bright, spacious with high ceilings one bedroom, second floor apartment . The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating throughout and a luxury Italian tiled bathroom.
Fast Sky Broadband WiFi, Futon sofa bed in the lounge, two Smart TVs , Air Conditioner (portable), King-size Hypnos bed, L'Or Coffee Machine plus coffee pods, Netflix+Sky Atlantic + Discovery TV free.
Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvet and cotton towels all provided.
My property is set up for guests only and has no personal items. It is also not a studio attached to the host's home ! Your privacy is assured.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before every new guest. All cushion covers, bed linen, towels etc. are professionally washed and ironed before each guest's stay.
Bath height 53cm - there is an an anti-slip removable bath mat in the bathroom.
Strictly no pet and no smoking policy.
Please can all guests read my House Manual including safety instructions inside the property (in kitchen drawer under oven) for health+safety reasons.
Please let me know if you would prefer a meet in person check-in or a contactless check-in when booking.
Please note this is not a serviced apartment and there is no concierge service or other facilities provided.
Please also not that the Air-conditioning is not built in and is a portable Aircon unit that does make noise when on.
