Fabulous one double bedroom flat in garden setting by the river in Battersea

Thanks for your review Joanna, albeit with a very disappointing rating. I was concerned and mystified when I heard from our apartment manager that it had taken you 5 hours to cover the 15 miles from Heathrow to the flat. This is a journey which takes 35-40 minutes (at worst) in a cab or Uber. We had to pay Gosia 3 hours additional waiting time for your arrival. She also helped you with your bags into the flat. I cannot understand the route you took for this, given that we do make recommendations in the arrival instructions. There is a 170 bus stop right outside our complex which can take you to Chelsea, Pimlico or Victoria Station one way or the other way to Clapham Junction (in 5 minutes) the busiest rail junction in Europe, which gives you access everywhere, basically. There are also 5 different bus routes that take you all over London accessible within a 5 minute walk, at Battersea Bridge. There is also a wonderful MBNA River Bus that stops 10 minutes away, and takes you all the way through London on the river...a relaxing, cost effective and fascinating way of travelling past the Houses of Parliament etc etc at modest cost.
